    • Nutritional targets
    • Meal plan data
    • Notes or other information entered into the platform
  • Billing Information
    • Subscription and payment details processed securely via Stripe
    • We do not store full credit card details on our servers
  • Technical Data

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide access to the platform
  • Generate meal plans and PDF documents
  • Manage subscriptions and billing
  • Maintain system security
  • Improve features and performance
  • Respond to support requests
  • Send essential account, security and billing communications required to operate your account
  • Provide account onboarding, product education and customer support
  • Send relevant Pro Nutrition Planner product updates, promotional offers and other direct marketing where you have consented or another lawful basis applies
  • Measure engagement with marketing communications (for example, whether a link in an email was clicked) so we can understand whether those messages are useful

We do not sell personal information.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or visiting the unsubscribe page. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service, account, security or billing messages we need to send to operate your account.

3. Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.

We do not store or have access to full credit card information.

4. Data Storage & Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

While we take appropriate measures, no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained while your subscription remains active.

After cancellation:

  • Access may be downgraded or removed
  • Data may be deleted after a defined retention period
  • You are responsible for exporting any required data before account closure

6. Your Responsibilities

If you enter client information into the platform, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to collect and process that information.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain login sessions
  • Improve performance
  • Analyse usage trends

Marketing emails may include wrapped links that record when a link was clicked (for example, a demo booking link or a subscribe button). We do not currently use open-tracking pixels in those emails.

You can control cookies via your browser settings.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to operate the platform, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Hosting providers, including the website’s mail server used to send outbound email
  • Calendly, if you choose to open a demo-booking link we provide

These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their services.

9. International Users

If you access the platform from outside Australia, you acknowledge that data may be processed and stored in Australia or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
